My name is John Wilson. I work as a therapeutic counsellor, supervisor and trainer in a beautiful
part of England, the North York Moors, which stretch down to the sea between Scarborough to the
south and Staithes (where I used to live) to the north. Most of my counselling is concerned with
bereavement, since I work part time for a community Bereavement Support Service which covers
Scarborough, Whitby, Filey Bridlington and Ryedale. I also work in private practice and offer
bespoke training to individuals and organisations.
